Order and return information
Payment methods
The credit/debit card payment is processed by Stripe, who is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of security certification available in the payments industry. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) are a set of rules to protect the customer’s credit/debit card payment information through all aspects of the transaction (processing, storage and transmission).
Delivery
Orders in the United Kingdom over £50 are free of charge. Orders for Ireland & Highland over £50 cost £20 to send.
The orders in the United Kingdom under £50 will cost £12 (excl.VAT) to send. Orders under £50 for Ireland & Highland cost £26 to send.
Delivery time
We endeavour to deliver and process your order as quickly as possible.
Orders will take 2-3 working days to be delivered to the UK and Northern-Ireland, and 4-6 working days to Southern-Ireland.
Order processing will be limited between December 19th and January 3rd.
Delivery of your Rollz product
Your purchase will be properly packaged in a Rollz box and delivered by DPD. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from DPD with the track & trace number. This allows you to check when the delivery is planned.
Return products
We hope you’re happy with every purchase you make with Rollz Mobility, but if this isn’t the case you can contact us via backoffice@rollz.com so we can help you in the returns process.
Please keep this in mind:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period we cannot accept any returns.
- Custom-made products, such as adding a conversion kit to a rollator, cannot be refunded or returned.
- To receive a full refund the product(s) must be returned unused, complete, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- We will refund the least expensive type of standard delivery.
- In the case the product(s) are not returned in their original condition, Rollz Mobility UK ltd. reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s).
14 days Reflection Period
If you carefully unpack the product without damaging the packaging, view it and carefully try it out indoors, you can exercise your right of return within 14 days. See our Terms and Conditions.
